Pricing Changes for eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira Cloud
Effective December 1, 2025, pricing for eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira Cloud on the Atlassian Marketplace will be updated.
This adjustment reflects our continued investment in performance, scalability, AI-driven features, and integrations that make eazyBI even more powerful and easier to use on Jira Cloud.
Per-user/per-month monthly rates
Price changes are based on Atlassian's progressive tier pricing system — prices per user are higher for smaller tiers, while the per-user price decreases for higher tiers.

Price increase impact per user tier
- 1–10 users: remains $10 total
- <1000 users: Price increases by about 20%
- 1’000–10’000: Price increases from 20% – 4.5%*
- 10’000+: Price increase is < 4.5%*
*Note: The List price % increase is gradually decreasing starting from 1’000 customers.
Licensing Notes
- The new pricing takes effect on December 1, 2025 for all new license purchases.
- 60-day grandfathering period lasts through January 30, 2026 for renewals and updates.
- Renewal or update quotes generated during this period are valid for 30 days.
- After the grace period, new pricing will automatically apply to all renewals and updates.
- Data Center to Cloud migrations: Grandfathering does not apply when migrating between platforms.
- For new licenses, generate the Cloud quote before December 1, 2025, to lock in the current rate (quote valid for 30 days, extendable up to 90 days)
- All evaluations started before December 1st, 2026 will have the old price at the start of subscription.
General Information
- When users subscribe to the app, they start with a 30-day free trial. The trial can be canceled at any time, but it will remain active for the entire evaluation period. Users can also resume the trial at any time within this period.
- If the trial is not canceled, the paid subscription begins automatically on the next Jira Cloud billing date following the trial. Customers are eligible for a 30-day refund if the subscription was unintended. To request a refund, please contact Atlassian support.
- The cloud add-on license tier is automatically set to match the highest number of users in the largest Jira Cloud instance. For example, if an instance includes 155 Jira users and 10 Jira Service Management agents, the add-on license tier will align with the 155-user tier.
- Upon subscription renewal each month, the pricing tier for host products and add-ons adjusts automatically based on the user count in the instance. If the number of users exceeds the current plan, the subscription will be upgraded, and the new pricing will apply in the following billing cycle.
Free Trials
- For existing Jira users, the app's trial period ends on the next billing date after the 30-day evaluation, ensuring alignment with Jira's billing cycle. For example, if the billing date is 02-Nov-2025 and the trial starts on 25-Oct-2025, the trial will end on 02-Dec-2025, consistent with Jira’s billing schedule. If the trial is not canceled, the license will automatically transition to a paid subscription adjusted to the number of Jira users.
- For annual subscriptions, the trial period is valid for one month. Users can pause and resume the trial any time within the evaluation window, but the original expiration date remains unchanged. Once the trial ends, the app access will expire unless a paid subscription is activated.

Migration Incentives
Dual licensing - Data Center customers purchasing Cloud annual license with 1,000 users or more can receive Data Center license free for 1 year. To request the license, please contact Atlassian Support.
Migration Trial Extension - eazyBI for Jira clients who migrate to a different platform before the expiration of existing eazyBI for Jira maintenance license can request an extended trial on the new platform until the end of the current license period. To request the extended trial license, please contact Atlassian Support. In case Atlassian cannot provide the trial extension, reach out to eazyBI support. (NOTE: Extended eazyBI trial licenses provided by eazyBI are based on internal eazyBI licensing which is not part of Atlassian Marketplace licensing – your Atlassian Marketplace license will appear as Invalid or Expired while the app with the eazyBI license will still work.)

Annual subscriptions for the eazyBI App includes a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

- If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, Apps are also billed annually.
Refunds
eazyBI license sales and refunds are managed by Atlassian Marketplace. To request a refund, please submit a ticket to Atlassian's licensing and purchasing.
Refunds for eazyBI for Jira Cloud on Atlassian Marketplace are only available within the first paid month after the evaluation period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds. Learn more about the refunds here.
