General Information
eazyBI for Confluence provides 2 main benefits:
- Ability to analyze Confluence data for better confluence overview and content management. More details here: https://eazybi.com/products/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-confluence
- Ability to add eazyBI for Jira Cloud reports and dashboards in Confluence Cloud as eazyBI macros for Confluence.
Cloud licensing basics:
- All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user and include a minimum (explained below) of a 14-day free trial. Users can cancel the evaluation at any time, but the trial period does not stop. Users can restart a trial at any time before the next billing date (end evaluation period).
- Cloud pricing is subscription-based. The paid subscription starts automatically after the trial period, if not canceled by the user. Customers have a 30-day refund guarantee, in case you did not intend to subscribe. Please contact Atlassian support for a refund.
- The cloud add-on license tier is automatically matched with the number Confluence of users.
- When your subscription renews each month, the pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically adjusted (as necessary) based on the number of users in the instance.
- If you exceed the number of users in a particular plan, you will be upgraded automatically and billed next month.
Free Trials
- If a customer is evaluating eazyBI on a newly created Cloud instance, which is an evaluation as well, it will be active only for 7 days (as Confluence Cloud evaluations are valid only for 7 days).
- For existing Confluence users the App evaluation period end-date will match their next closest billing date after the free 30 day period.
- Cloud App evaluations are tied to the Cloud instance's monthly renewal date. For example, if the renewal date is 02-Nov-2020 and the trial of the App is started on 25-Oct-2020, the trial period end date will be consistent with the next renewal date - in this case being the 02-Dec-2020.
- If the trial subscription is not canceled after the trial ends, the paid subscription will start automatically and the license will be adjusted to the number of Confluence users.
- For annual subscriptions, the App evaluation will be valid for a month.
- The customer can stop the trial and resume it at any time during the evaluation period. The initial end date will remain the same and the App will expire after this date.

Migration Incentives
Dual licensing - Server or Data Center customers purchasing Cloud annual license with 1,000 users or more can receive Server/Data Center license free for 1 year. To request the license, please contact Atlassian Support, or support@eazybi.com.
Migration Trial Extension - eazyBI for Jira Server clients who migrate to eazyBI for Jira Cloud or eazyBI for Jira Data Center before the expiration of existing eazyBI for Server maintenance license can receive a trial extension for eazyBI for Jira Cloud proportional to the unspent license period. To request the extended trial, please contact support@eazybi.com.
Annual Licenses
Annual subscriptions for the eazyBI App includes a discount (12 months for the price of 10).
- Annual subscriptions for the eazyBI App includes a discount (12 months for the price of 10). IMPORTANT: Annual subscriptions are based on fixed user tiers (not an exact number of users). As a result, a customer is overpaying for users so the actual savings are not equal to "expected" 16.6% (2 months from 12). For example, a customer with 140 users on an annual plan will have to purchase a 200-user license.
- Currently, it is not possible to change payment plans (monthly/annual) from a My Atlassian account or within your Atlassian Cloud site.
To switch to an annual payment plan for cloud App, contact Atlassian.
- If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, Apps are also billed annually.
- How to renew an annual subscription?
Refunds
Refunds for Atlassian Cloud apps are only available within the first paid month after the evaluation period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions.
After these periods we cannot offer refunds.
