Jira Align

Jira Align import is available on Jira Cloud

On this page:

Jira Align access

If you would like to import Jira Align custom fields please enable the import in advanced settings and define Jira connector Id there as well:

[jira.align]
enable = true
align_jira_connector_id = 1

Please check the Jira connector ID in Align Jira Settings page.

After advanced settings are updated, you would like to select Jira Align custom fields for import in Jira import options for each account where you would like to import Jira Align. Select Import Jira Align default fields and add Jira Align site URL and Jira Align API token. You can generate Api Token (API 2.0 Token) in Align from Edit Profile page.

eazyBI by default will import Align Programs mapped to account selected projects and Align Portfolios of those Programs.

You can import additional Jira Align custom fields as well. You can select Program Objectives, Portfolio Objectives to import linked objectives for imported programs and portfolios. You can also import Align Release mapped to Features in Align as well. Please click on Show available custom fields if you do not see the Align custom field selection after adding Align credentials.

The custom field names in Align might differ. The custom field name matches the platform object name in Align. Please check the Administration > Platform Terminology page in Align for a reference.

Custom fields Align Program, Align Portfolio, Align Program Objectives, and Align Portfolio Objectives are project specific custom fields. Align Release is epic (Align feature) related custom field. Any issue in the hierarchy will be counted for related project or epic custom field.
