Jira Server End of Life
On from February 15, 2021 PT, Atlassian stopped selling new Jira server licenses and ceased new feature development in their server product line. To facilitate a smooth transition:
Customers could continue to purchase and receive maintenance and support for an additional three years, ending February 15, 2024 PT.
- Customers could purchase new Marketplace apps for server for additional two years, ending February 15, 2023 PT.
- Customers could extend existing Marketplace App support for up to 3 years, ending February 15, 2024 PT.
eazyBI for Jira Server App
- Since February 15, 2023 PT customers can no longer purchase new eazyBI for Jira server licenses.
- Since February 15, 2024 PT customers can no longer extend and update existing eazyBI for Jira Server licenses.
- Existing eazyBI for Jira Server licenses are perpetual and allow existing customers to use the software indefinitely.
- The latest licensed software version released before Feb 15, 2024 is 7.1.1 released on Feb 07, 2024 check the changelog.
- To upgrade to the latest version of eazyBI for Jira on a legacy Jira server instance, you will need a matching eazyBI for Jira DC license.
How to Migrate to Cloud or Data Center
Please read "Atlassian's Journey to Cloud" regarding Atlassian's "Cloud-first" approach and how to migrate from Server to Cloud or Data Center.
When you're ready, you can use eazyBI database migrator to migrate from legacy Server to Cloud, or Data Center.

Migrating to Data Center
- Perpetual Server licenses are not compatible with Data Center. In order to run eazyBI on Jira Data Center, you'll need a new/active eazyBI for Jira Data Center license.

Migrating to Cloud
