eazyBI for Jira
On this page:
Overview
This report shows the information about one SLA measure (in this example: "Time to first response"). It shows what percentage of all issues have met and breached the defined SLA time and what is the percentage of issues that have met the particular SLA at the end of each time period.
How to build it
To build this report start with the table view and select the Time dimension in Rows. Then in the Measures dimension select measure SLA - Met, SLA - Breached and SLA - Met % (in this example SLA name is "Time to first response" thus the measures are starting with this name). Unselect default measure Issues created.
- "SLA - Met" is a number of issues that have not breached SLA ("SLA Issues" with the "SLA Breached" value "Not breached").
- "SLA - Breached" is a number of issues that have breached SLA ("SLA Issues" with the "SLA Breached" value "Breached").
- "SLA - Met %" is a percentage of issues that have not breached SLA.
Use the Time dimension in Rows. Configure the Time dimension as is more comfortable, e.g. "Monthly" to see how many issues were for each measure at the end of each month.
Add the same Time dimension to Pages for filtering report data and select predefined calculated member Last 12 months from Time dimension, use it to filter the report data. From the Time dimensions select also calculated members "All Times", "Current year", and "Previous year" so they are available in Page filter options. In Pages also select dimensions "Project", "Issue type", "Priority" and "Customer Request type" for report filtering.
Switch to the Bar tab and select the options Stacked and Vertical from the toolbox. Use a separate axis to measure "SLA - Met %" and change the chart type to the line. For the "SLA - Met %" axis add title "SLA %" to represent the metric used for this axis. Change the color for measures.
