You can use eazyBI Additional settings to enable some additional properties for eazyBI administration and instance setup.

• You can enable usage statistics for eazyBI to gather data on eazyBI report usage, data imports, and changes.
• Enable template accounts, allowing to synchronize reporting across accounts.
• Allow sharing eazyBI reports in the JSM Portal.
• Specify Jira user groups as eazyBI admins who can perform most of eazyBI administration tasks.
• Enable AI assistants for building reports, calcauted measures, and writing JavaScript calcauted fields.

When you add Jira groups as eazyBI admin users with this group have additional options to administer eazyBI:

• create new accounts
• access and manage each eazyBI account, and All accounts page
• access and change eazyBI advanced settings
• access troubleshooting, system events, and background jobs
