Unresolved issues by statuses over time
eazyBI for Jira
On this page:
Overview
The report shows how many unresolved issues were in different statuses over time. To be able to create such reports, please make sure you have selected Import issues change history in Source data import options.
How to build it
To build this report start with table view and in the Measures dimension select measures Issue history and unselect default measure Issues created. Measure Issue history counts how many issues are in each status at the end of each time period.
Use Time dimension in Rows. Configure Time dimension as is more comfortable, e.g. "Monthly" to see how many issues were in each state at end of each month.
Add Transition Status dimension to Columns and select"Transition status" level. This dimension displays all transition statuses. To eliminate statuses that are not used (there are any issues in this status in past), select Hide empty columns.
To make the report easier to read add Time dimension to Pages for filtering report data and select predefined calculated member Last 12 months from Time dimension and use it to filter report data. We also added Resolution dimension with resolution "(unresolved)" selected on Pages to filter out only issues that were open at a given time period.
In Pages add also dimensions "Project", "Issue type", "Priority" and "Assignee".
Then switch to the Bar tab and select in toolbox options Stacked and Vertical.
