eazyBI for Jira or Confluence Discounts
- All Atlassian Solution Partners and eazyBI Recommended Partners can receive free eazyBI for Jira and eazyBI for Confluence licenses for Cloud or Data Center instances for internal use, practice, demos, POCs, development. To get free partner licenses, please contact eazyBI support.
The Atlassian Marketplace offers a variety of app-level discount programs to customers. eazyBI is part of the majority of the discount programs provided by Atlassian. The below table describes the programs in which eazyBI is participating. More information about Atlassian licensing.

- Academic - Customers currently on an Academic cloud license. How to request academic license from Atlassian support.
- Community - Customers currently on a Community cloud license. Request community license from Atlassian support..
- Classroom - Students and teachers using for educational purpose within a classroom setting. Request Classroom License for Atlassian support.
- Open-source - Customers whose project is licensed under a license approved by the Open Source Initiative. Request open-source license from Atlassian support.
Migration Incentives
- Dual licensing -Data Center customers purchasing Cloud annual license with 1,000 users or more can receive Data Center license free for 1 year. To request the Dual License, please contact Atlassian Support.
- Migration Trial - Existing eazyBI customers who migrate to a different platform before the expiration of existing license can receive a trial extension proportional to the unspent license period. To request trial extension, please contact support@eazybi.com.
- Atlassian Solution Partner - License distribution sales discount based on Atlassian Partner agreement and partner discount level.
Private eazyBI Discounts for Partners
Private eazyBI is a standalone eazyBI application server.
eazyBI Recommended and Certified Partners are companies listed on eazyBI partners page. eazyBI partners are approved and qualified eazyBI solution experts who not only resell eazyBI products but can also provide eazyBI related services like set-up, configuration, initial training, etc.
- Private eazyBI partner discount is -20% for new licenses only. (This discount applies only if the customer has been brought to eazyBI by the partner and not re-selling to existing eazyBI customers).
- eazyBI Partner discount is -10% if a customer already is an eazyBI customer (for example has previously purchased eazyBI for Jira).
- eazyBI Partner discount for annual license renewals is -10%
Private eazyBI Discounts for Resellers
Resellers are companies who only resell eazyBI licenses but are not eazyBI approved recommended partners and typically do not offer any eazyBI related services or support for their customers.
- Private eazyBI Reseller discount for new licenses and renewals is -5%
