How to Resell Private eazyBI Licenses
To resell Private eazyBI licenses:
- Start a new trial for each license. This will create a new license management account on eazybi.com. License management accounts contain license, download, and subscription information, provide access to license quotes, invoices, and payment options.
Trial license
Once the trial account has been created, you'll have access to the 30-day trial license and download information. Please copy the Trial license for your reference. Once a paid plan is selected, the Trial License information won't be available anymore.
- To receive partner discount for the account, send an email to support@eazybi.com with the account ID. You can find the Account ID in the URL: https://eazybi.com/accounts/{AccountID}/subscription). eazyBI will then enable the reseller discount for this account.
- Once the reseller discount is approved, chose the License option, enter your billing details as a reseller and provide the customer name in the “Licensee” field.
From the Subscription you can:
- Generate a quote.
- Pay via Credit Card
- Create an Invoice to pay via Wire Transfer.
Payments
If you pay via credit card, the payment invoice will be created automatically after a successful payment and will be available in the "Payment History" page (accessible via a button at the top of the subscription page).
To pay via wire transfer, please create an invoice - it will contain payment details. The status will change to "Awaiting payment".
Once you create an invoice, the credit card payment option is disabled to avoid double-payments.
If you want to re-enable the credit card payment option, cancel the pending invoice, pay via credit card, and then you'll be able to download the payment invoice from the "Payment History" page.
