Pricing per seat

eazyBI app is licensed based on the number of users involved in the monday.com boards analyzed by eazyBI. The seat plan is defined by the number of unique monday.com users imported into eazyBI "Assignee," "Creator," and "Logged by" dimensions (ie. the dimensions containing monday.com users interacting with items). The seat plan for eazyBI should equal or exceed the number of unique users.

For example, if there are seven (7) users that have created items and ten (10) other users who are assigned to do work on those items, and some of them have logged work, the number of unique users would be 17. Consequently, the seat plan should be set to up to 20 users.

The default seat plan when installing the app is also the recommended one. 

Selecting the correct seat plan is important to avoid licensing errors.
