General Licensing Info
- Please read "Atlassian's Journey to Cloud" regarding Atlassian's "Cloud-first" approach and how it will impact Data Center.
- If you're using Confluence Data Center, you should install the Data Center version of the app.
- eazyBI for Confluence Data Center licenses are sold via Atlassian Marketplace and follow Atlassian licensing and pricing guidelines.
- eazyBI for Confluence Data Center license is sold as a terminated license for a year (Data Center Licensing and Pricing). The license has to be renewed every year at the full price.
- Regardless if a customer uses a clustered or a single-node Data Center, customers are billed based on their application license (user-tier).
- Data Center licenses are based on a user-tier matching the number of Confluence users (not eazyBI users). For example, if a customer has 1200 Confluence users, he'll need a 2000-user eazyBI for Confluence Data Center license (Same user-tier as Confluence DC).
- User tier upgrades to Data Center licenses are pro-rated through the license's current expiration date. For example, a Data Center license valid from 1-Jan through 1-Jan, and upgraded on 1-Sept, would only be billed for the period of 1-Sept through 1-Jan.
- Price changes: If the pricing changes, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

Open-source - Customers whose project is licensed under a license approved by the Open Source Initiative. Request open-source license from Atlassian support.
Migration Incentives
Dual licensing - Data Center customers purchasing Cloud annual license with 1,000 users or more can receive Data Center license free for 1 year. If you're eligible for Dual Licensing, please contact Atlassian Licensing Support to request a license.
Migration Trial Extension - eazyBI for Confluence clients who migrate to a different platform before the expiration of existing eazyBI for Jira maintenance license can receive an extended free trial on the new platform until the end of the current license period. To request the extended trial, please contact Atlassian Licensing Support.

User-Tier Upgrades

You can receive a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out to Atlassian Licensing Support to request a refund.
