YouTrack Agile Boards
eazyBI allows importing data from YouTrack Agile Boards. The YouTrack board types supported for import into eazyBI are: Scrum Board, Version-Based board, and Custom board (if the Sprint option is enabled).
Agile Custom fields import
If you use Agile Boards in YouTrack, you can import additional custom fields into eazyBI to analyze them. In the Agile custom fields selection, select Sprint for data import to the Agile Boards data [1].
Enable the Sprint scope option, if sprint planning activities are performed on the first day of the sprint and should be considered part of the committed work [2]. Otherwise, all first-day activities are treated as Sprint scope changes.
Agile Dimensions
Sprint | Sprint dimension contains sprints grouped by boards (default hierarchy) or by Sprint status (Status hierarchy). When Sprint is imported as a dimension, a set of Agile-specific measures is created. The Issue Sprint property shows a comma-separated list of Sprint names assigned to an issue. Issues can be in multiple sprints. |

Agile Measures
When Sprint is imported as a dimension, eazyBI creates a set of measures for Sprint scope analysis and properties describing sprints: Measures → Predefined → Agile
Sprint start date | Sprint Start date that is taken from the sprint schedule. |

Sprint end date | The sprint end date is taken from the sprint schedule. |
Sprint closed? | Sprint property that shows 'No' if a sprint is open and 'Yes' if closed. Sprints remain open until their scheduled end date. |
Sprint goal | Description from the sprint schedule. |
Sprint issues committed | The count of issues assigned to a selected sprint at the moment when the sprint was started. |
Sprint issues added | Count of issues that have been moved to or from a selected sprint while the sprint was active. It can be used with the Time dimension. If the Sprint Scope is selected, all planning activities (moved to or from the selected sprint) performed on the first day of the sprint are considered part of the committed issues. |

Sprint issues completed | Count of sprint completed issues at the moment when the sprint was closed. |
Sprint issues completed of committed | The count of issues that were committed at the start of the sprint and completed by the time the sprint was closed. |
Sprint issues completed of added | The count of sprint issues that were added during the sprint and completed by the time the sprint was closed. |
Sprint issues not completed | The count of issues that were not completed at the moment when the sprint was closed. |
Sample reports
If you selected the Import sample reports option, then additional sample reports are created in the Samples YouTrack Agile folder. Please try these reports to see which measures would be useful for your specific needs. If you would like to customize some reports, then save them as a new report with a new name (Save As).
